Welcome to Echomorph LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with Echomorph LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Echomorph LLC provides creative audio services including but not limited to:
Studio Policy: All services are primarily conducted remotely. Echomorph LLC operates as a private studio. In-person record sessions or studio visits are by appointment only and subject to prior arrangement.
Invoices: All services will be billed via invoice (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or Bank Transfer). Payment terms are specified on the individual invoice.
Deposits: For projects exceeding $500, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to schedule work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project but before delivery of final high-resolution files.
Final Delivery: Final master files (WAV/AIFF) will only be released upon receipt of full payment. Low-resolution or watermarked previews will be provided for approval purposes.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your project. Our standard mixing and mastering packages include two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
Work for Hire: Upon full payment, you (the Client) own the master recording of your music. Echomorph LLC makes no claim to the copyright of your underlying composition or sound recording, except for the right to use snippets for portfolio/promotional purposes (unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed).
Project Files: We will deliver the final stereo masters (and stems if negotiated). We are not a data storage service. While we attempt to archive project files, we do not guarantee the indefinite storage of your sessions. We recommend you ask for all necessary stems upon project completion.
Since our services involve creative labor and time, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. If you cancel a project before work begins but after a deposit has been paid, the deposit may be refunded at our sole discretion, minus any transaction fees.
